GSI Executive Search is the concept of the firm’s founding principal: Richard M. Farrell. Dick’s career encompasses the development of master planned country club communities, homebuilding, real estate brokerage and a principal in a golf management firm.

Principal Charlie Hoare, CCM has an extensive background in the management of exclusive private country clubs and executive search spanning 25 years. He brings that unique perspective to the firm.

Scott McNett is a Principal of the firm and manages its Midwest office. Scott has a broad base of experience in hospitality executive search and has also served on the boards and committees of several private clubs. Additionally, he has successfully owned and operated private clubs himself. His years of search experience in hospitality cover all levels and types of key staff positions around the country.
