GSI Executive Search is the concept of the firm’s founding principal: Richard M. Farrell. Dick’s career encompasses the development of master planned country club communities, homebuilding, real estate brokerage and a principal in a golf management firm.

Co-principal Charlie Hoare, CCM joined the firm to concentrate on private club searches. Charlie successfully managed traditional clubs for over twenty years and brings that experience and perspective to the firm. He and Dick are now the firm’s Co-Principals and GSI Executive Search is actively placing “key staff” positions nationwide.
