Our tennis experience is enhanced by the former careers of two of our principals in the tennis industry as well as in executive search:
Dick Farrell, was formerly the CEO of Bardmoor Properties in the Tampa Bay area. Bardmoor was home to the renowned “Harry Hopman Tennis Academy” for 10 years. Its facilities included 50 tennis courts and a teaching staff of 60 tennis professionals. The clientele included top ranked professionals to adults and juniors of all levels. Dick was the senior management representative for the majority ownership group. Over the years, Dick has stayed very connected to the global tennis community by virtue of his search career and as an active player and member of several club boards to include his tennis club in St. Petersburg.
Scott McNett has an extensive and lifelong history in the game of tennis. He played tennis in high school and college and owned and operated a leading indoor tennis club in St. Louis for ten years, South Hampshire Racquet Club. During that time, he served as a board member of the St. Louis District of the USTA for three years. He has also continued to be involved in tennis by serving actively on two Tennis Committees for two private clubs as a member. Finally, he is currently one of the owners of Frontenac Racquet Club in St. Louis, one of the leading indoor tennis clubs in the Midwest.
