Based in Dallas, Texas, Patrick has served as a General Manager and operator of high-end private country clubs for many years. He began his club management career at the Dallas Athletic Club in Dallas, Texas. Recruited to the General Manager position at Mountain Brook Club in Birmingham, Alabama, he worked with and served, amongst others, an ambassador, a Forbes list billionaire family, and several members who also belonged to Augusta National Golf Club. While there, he successfully positioned the club as a ‘Top 100 Platinum Club of America’ with a best in class Food & Beverage program. He also was instrumental in completing the restoration of the club’s 1920s Donald Ross-designed golf course.
With GSI Executive Search, Patrick’s focus includes executive placements in Texas, Oklahoma and the Southern states. He is also available to participate in and consult on executive searches for the firm throughout the United States.

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Matt possesses several years of senior management experience in the private club and hospitality industry. Most recently, he served as the Divisional/Director/Manager of the Sonoran Clubhouse at Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale where he oversaw operations. Prior to that, he worked for the Bay Clubs (formerly Western Athletic Clubs) where he oversaw the largest tennis program in California’s Silicon Valley. Matt also served as Manager/Director for Lakeridge Tennis Club in Reno, Nevada.
