Osborne brings over 18 years of experience in the private club industry to GSI, where she will specialize in placements and consulting services in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Most recently, Osborne served as a Training Consultant for RCS Hospitality Group, a consulting firm specializing in on-site and virtual training, food and beverage evaluations, recruiting, surveys, and strategic planning for private country clubs. Before that, she served as Clubhouse Manager at Vaquero Club in Westlake, Texas, where she managed the day-to-day operations of eight departments and oversaw the re-opening of the clubhouse after a complete renovation. She also worked at the Boot Ranch in Fredericksburg, Texas, as an Event Coordinator/Food and Beverage Director and was promoted to Director of Club Operations, and she served as Food and Beverage Manager at Stone Canyon Club in Oro Valley, Arizona.
