I wanted to let you know we have been tremendously pleased with the services provided by GSI. You won the assignment easily with your professional pitch and delivered on everything you promised. In the recent past, the Board of Governors tried, unsuccessfully, to hire a General Manager / COO on our own and the results were less than desired. Once GSI was retained, you presented only qualified candidates and coached us through the pros and cons of each candidate. The benefits of your experience as a GM / COO proved valuable as you were able to understand our club and its needs as well, if not better, than the Board. The GM we selected, in the short time he has been at our club, has proved to be a tremendous asset to our club. In addition, the Board Governance session you provided post-hiring was well received by the Board members and we continuously bring up many of your best practices recommendations at our Board Meetings.
