One of the first things I did as Chair of our GM Search Committee was to interview the prior search committee members. Upon learning that several members were not totally pleased with the outcome attributed to the search firm that presented our departing GM, we established that our first task was to source alternatives and select a search firm that we were confident would understand the needs of Two Rivers Country Club and partner with us throughout the process. After an extensive review of multiple firms, the Search Committee unanimously selected GSI Executive Search to be that partner.
