The Organization
DH Investments ("DHI") is a privately held real estate development and investment firm with a long-standing track record of creating master-planned communities, commercial assets and lifestyle-driven destinations throughout Central and Southeast Texas and Louisiana.
With more than four decades of disciplined growth and stewardship, DHI has developed and managed thousands of residential acres and significant retail, office and multifamily holdings. The firm is known for its conservative capital philosophy, long-term ownership mindset and highly relationship-driven investor partnerships. One of DHI's flagship developments is Cordillera Ranch, a nationally recognized Hill Country community located just outside San Antonio. The Ranch encompasses gated residential neighborhoods, estate homesites and luxury lifestyle amenities designed around outdoor living, privacy and community connection.
Within this broader development platform, The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch operate as a multi-amenity private club system offering golf, dining, tennis, swim, equestrian, rod and gun, fitness, spa and river recreation experiences. While the Clubs represent an important operating entity within the portfolio, the Director of Finance role is fundamentally structured to provide integrated financial leadership across DH Investments' full platform of development, operating and investment entities.
This position offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of real estate development, hospitality operations, and investment management, partnering closely with ownership and senior leadership to support long-term strategic growth.
