Our Search Process

Here's an overview:

  • On-site Discovery: A member of the GSI team personally visits your property, meeting with the general manager or search lead.
  • Structured Timeline: Approximately 6–12 weeks total.
    • Phase 1: source candidates
    • Phase 2: first round client interviews
    • Phase 3: final interviews and offer
  • Guarantees: GSI offers placement guarantees ranging from 90 days to 6 months, depending on the position and compensation level.
